The Bonavero Institute of Human Rights, part of the University of Oxford’s Faculty of Law, is hosting a free virtual conference on class actions and access to justice in England and Wales on May 6th-7th.

-
Class actions in their global context
-
Funding and costs in group litigation and class actions
-
Class actions in the Competition Appeal Tribunal
-
Civil society organisations and the need for class actions
-
Class actions, group litigation and human rights
Speakers include Woodsford’s CEO, Steven Friel and CIO (EMEA), Charlie Morris together with pre-eminent academics from both sides of the Atlantic and leading practitioners in the areas of employment, competition, environmental, human rights, and privacy law.
Woodsford is very proud to support this timely and vital event.
