Clare Owen joins the team as as we increase our focus on the Australian market

Woodsford Litigation Funding are delighted to announce the appointment of Clare Owen.

Clare Owen, formerly at another well-known third party funder in Australia, joins Woodsford as a Consultant. She is an experienced litigation funding practitioner as well as a UK and Australian qualified solicitor. Woodsford sees Australia as an increasingly important market, particularly in the areas of class actions, commercial litigation and international arbitration.

“While a large part of our focus in recent times has been high growth jurisdictions such as the U.S. and Asia, we have maintained an interest in Australia, a mature jurisdiction for litigation funding.
