Woodsford  expands into Israel and has become the first global litigation funder with a permanent presence on the ground, with the the appointment of Yoav Navon as a Consultant, based in Tel-Aviv.

Woodsford’s CEO, Steven Friel commented:

“We are already funding a number of Israeli parties in high stakes litigation, and we see real potential for growth – particularly in the areas of intellectual property litigation and international arbitration. The Israeli tech sector in particular has many start-ups that come up against large multinationals in US and European litigation. We don’t just help level the playing field for the Israeli plaintiffs, our significant capital and years of experience help tilt the balance in favour of the little guy.”
