Woodsford responds to the ALRC inquiry into class action proceedings and third party litigation funders

ALRC inquiry; earlier this year, the Australian Law Reform Commission published a Discussion Paper relating to its ‘Inquiry into Class Action Proceedings and Third-Party Litigation Funders (DP 85)’ and invited responses to the proposals, commentary, analysis and questions in the Discussion Paper.
