Claudia works on a range of Woodsford’s securities actions which seek to recover compensation for shareholders of publicly listed companies that have suffered from failures in corporate governance standards. She is involved in the origination stage of cases, book-building and undertaking legal research on governance issues.
Previously, Claudia worked at EY in London within the Wealth and Asset Management Financial Services department, where she gained experience working with institutional investors. She also gained experience working at a family law firm based in London and Oxfordshire, where she worked on high value finance cases and other private law proceedings.
Claudia graduated from the University of Warwick with a BA (Honours) History degree and has a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP University. She is also a part-qualified Chartered Accountant.
