Mark is a co-founder of Woodsford and currently serves on the board as Commercial & Finance Director, leading a team which is responsible for finance and accounting, tax, treasury, business planning, risk management and financial modelling. He has experience of funding internationally including the UK, Australia and the US.
Mark has had a varied career across corporate finance, asset management, real estate and venture capital having previously worked both in management consultancy and corporate finance at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and more recently as Managing Director of Woodsford Consulting, a family office, based in London, where he founded a number of businesses in the finance and real estate sector. He currently sits on a number of boards internationally, including Woodsford TradeBridge, an e-commerce finance house, and Dom Development SA, Poland’s largest listed residential developer.
Mark is a graduate in economics from the London School of Economics and he is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
Mark has written articles on litigation finance, including for Financial Management Magazine (published by the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants) and has also contributed a chapter to the first and second edition of The Law and Business of Litigation Finance (published by Bloomsbury Professional).
