
David Haughan is an English-qualified lawyer and was previously a litigator at Hogan Lovells, where he acquired strong experience of ESG group litigation in the automotive and agribusiness sectors, as well as high-value life sciences litigation.
His group litigation experience has included acting for automotive clients in the defence of group actions relating to diesel emissions and for a UK-based conglomerate in the defence of a human rights claim brought by employees of its overseas subsidiary. He has also acted for a pharmaceutical company as the claimant in a Commercial Court claim against a major contract research organisation.
David obtained a Bachelor of Laws from King’s College London, where he was a recipient of the Dickson Poon Scholarship – an academic scholarship.
