
Karen Espinoza is an investment associate based in London. Karen assists with the creation of securities class actions’ bookbuilds and liaises with a variety of institutional investors, helping them hold wrongdoers to account and recover losses as a result of serious ESG failings at publicly listed companies across a range of jurisdictions including the United Kingdom, continental Europe, and Japan .
Prior to joining Woodsford, she was at an international firm, Three Crowns, where she was involved in a range of arbitration cases within the banking and finance, oil and gas and energy space in proceedings under a number of arbitration rules, including ICC, ICSID, UNCITRAL and LCIA.
Karen is a bilingual law graduate who also completed the LPC from BBP University.
