Terry has a first-rate legal mind and, in particular, great expertise in and experience of insurance and reinsurance litigation. He brings this valuable intellectual capital to Woodsford’s Investment Advisory Panel.
Terry holds a First Class LLB and PhD from University College London and was called to the bar at Lincoln’s Inn (Hardwicke Scholar). He joined Clifford Chance in 1977, subsequently becoming a Partner and heading their Insurance and Reinsurance litigation practice from 2000 until his retirement in 2007.
Terry is also the co-author of ‘The Law of Reinsurance’ and currently serves as a Consultant at Clifford Chance LLP.
