Woodsford Litigation Funding is seeking a versatile Commercial Manager to help drive growth across an exciting international business.
The Commercial Manager will support and report to our Finance & Commercial Director, Mark Spiteri, who sits in London and as such should be willing to re-locate temporarily to London (if based in Philadelphia) to build knowledge about the company and processes. The role involves structuring and negotiating transactions with counterparties (both law firms and claimants), as well as to providing input into new product development. Key areas for product development over the next 12 months will include law firm financing and provision of adverse costs cover.
This position offers a competitive salary (commensurate with experience). The role will be based at either Woodsford’s London or Philadelphia office, with occasional international travel.
